Changsub Lee is a Research Fellow at Alsemy, providing expert consulting on semiconductor devices and process technology. With over 25 years of experience at Samsung Electronics, he brings extensive knowledge in DRAM/Flash product development, device analysis, and modeling to enhance Alsemy's AI-based semiconductor solutions.
Changsub Lee joined Alsemy in September 2020 as a Research Fellow, where he provides consulting on semiconductor devices and process technology for product development and AI model design. His extensive industry experience makes him a valuable advisor for Alsemy's innovative semiconductor modeling approaches.
Prior to joining Alsemy, Changsub spent over 24 years at Samsung Electronics, where he worked on DRAM/Flash product development using TCAD for 10 years and specialized in device analysis for Flash NAND product development for nearly 15 years. Throughout his career, he contributed to the development of more than 10 semiconductor products with expertise in device analysis, characterization modeling, and process development.
Changsub holds a Master's degree in Semiconductor Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (2000-2002) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) (1987-1991). His academic background and extensive industry experience provide a solid foundation for his contributions to Alsemy's semiconductor technology initiatives.
